Track geometry monitoring
Continuous control of the track geometry near construction sites
m2 offers a complete track monitoring service 24 hours a day on construction sites adjacent to the track and which can affect the track geometry. Based on the work being carried out, the entire section is planned to be monitored with the site and railway managers. The section to be monitored must be divided into cross-sections. In the section affected by the works, these sections should be at intervals of 3 - 4 meters. The distance can be increased or decreased according to the specific works that will be done on-site. Having established the start and endpoints of the section affected by the works, we would insert additional cross-sections. Measurements are made at X minute intervals on prisms. Data processing takes place automatically always on the last 6 measurements and inserted in a diagram. The results are then sent via email to those directly concerned. Procedures are established with the customer and the railway, for when the set limit values are exceeded. For more information, please download the presentation.
