This communication can also be viewed by the customer should they wish. The continued presence of m2 technicians onsite and on the machines can reduce waiting times whenever technical problems arise.
Weekly or monthly work analysis reports are also drafted.
The information gathered from the notifications and reports is used for both the technical and economic analyses of the worksite and the service in general.
The information gathered is used to learn and ensure continuous improvement
